We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when issued.

Unopened, sealed fragrances are eligible within 30 days. Opened items are not eligible unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Apply to pulse points — wrists, neck, inner elbows — immediately after showering while skin is still warm. Avoid rubbing after application as this breaks down the scent molecules.

Store away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. A cool, dark environment preserves the integrity of the scent longest.
