Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

How to Start a Return
Use our self-serve returns portal to initiate your return. You'll receive a prepaid shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we'll send you a confirmation email and process your refund.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive a confirmation email once issued.
Refunds are applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Use our returns portal to get started. Your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item — we'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
