Every order is handled with care and shipped promptly from our Tampa facility. Here's everything you need to know.

Order Processing

All orders are picked and packed the same day. Orders placed before 5 PM EST Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day.

Our fulfillment facility operates Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm EST. Orders placed on holidays will ship the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order is processed. They do not include weekends or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Didn't receive it? Check your spam or promotions folder.

You can also track your order at any time using our tracking portal.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Please allow up to 4 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery date before reaching out.

Once a package leaves our facility, transit is managed by the carrier. If your tracking hasn't updated in over 5 business days, contact us and we'll help investigate.

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to modify addresses after an order has been fulfilled.

If you need to change a shipping address before your order ships, email us immediately at hello@simonefragrance.com with your order number. Once shipped, you will need to contact the carrier directly to request a reroute.

Simone Fragrance is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're actively working toward — join our email list to be notified when it becomes available.
